Breaking: the most intense competition at Baum Fest
On October 6, the dance floor will ignite with the 1VS1 BAUM Breaking Battle, where 16 of the top B-boys and B-girls will face off in an epic showdown. This year’s festival introduces an exciting format change, reducing the competition to a single duel, where each participant will stake everything in a head-to-head battle.
We’re not just talking about another competition. Breaking at BAUM Fest is a celebration of creativity, of urban culture at its finest. Every move tells a story, every battle is a unique spectacle you won’t want to miss.
Rap battle: Pure Rap
On Saturday, October 5, from 12:00 to 14:00h, the rap battle at Baum Fest will bring together the top 8 freestylers for the grand final of the Baum Fest League. This showdown will be crucial, awarding key points for the STLWLeague24. Plus, for those eager to showcase their mic skills, there will be a free mic space after the competition where they can improvise and shine.
If you’re passionate about hip-hop and freestyle, this is your chance to enjoy the best talents in the scene. Not only will you witness incredible battles, but you’ll also be part of the unique atmosphere that defines urban culture at Baum Fest.
Graffiti: Live art with Montana Colors
Graffiti is another key discipline of our festival, and this year we’re collaborating with Montana Colors, one of the most respected names in street art. During the event, nationally renowned artists will create live murals, offering a visual spectacle that will leave a mark on all attendees.
Additionally, we’ve organized graffiti workshops for kids, where they can explore their creativity alongside industry professionals. BAUM Fest is committed to bringing urban art to all ages, fostering talent from the ground up, and celebrating artistic diversity in all its forms.
